A Sample Day in the Program

8:30 AM - Breakfast
9:00 AM - Morning warm-up and conditioning (1 hour)
10:00 AM - Wrestling technique session (1 hour)
11:00 AM - Recreational activity / team games
12:30 PM - Lunch break
1:30 PM - Wrestling drills and live practice (1 hour)
2:30 PM - Afternoon recreation and cool-down activities

4:30 PM - Participant Pickup

Safe, Structured, and Supportive

Safety is a top priority throughout the program. Coaches ensure proper supervision at all times and adapt instruction based on age and skill level. The program fosters a positive environment where athletes are encouraged to challenge themselves, build confidence, and develop respect for sport and their peers.
